Every fish counts

Tiny Fish is a collaborative effort together with all the freshwater salmon hatcheries in Scotland and Ace Aquatec.

The judges agreed that this collaboration, in reducing waste and integrating the supply chain by finding value-added distribution channels for unviable fish, is making a real difference in the market.
